6S Reset
Six seconds. Then back to it.
Six tiny games a day, one from each family. Each round takes about six seconds. Play one when you reach a stopping point, then get back to what you were doing.

How it works
- Open Today's six. Six cards, one per family. Tap one, press Start, and the six seconds begin. Nothing starts until you say so.
- Set a reminder window if you like: a start and end time, how often (every hour, two hours…), and which weekdays. For example 09:00–19:00, every 2 hours, Monday to Friday.
- Tap a reminder and it opens the right card. Ignore it and nothing happens: no streaks to lose, no guilt.
36 games in six families
Each family has six games and each game has six levels, so Today's six keeps changing. The picker shows you games and levels you have played least recently.

Reminders, your way
- Notifications (Web Push), when your browser supports them and you allow them. On iPhone and iPad, Apple only allows web notifications for sites added to the Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).
- A small in-page reminder while 6S Reset is open in a tab. It never takes focus away from what you are typing.
- A pinned mini window on desktop browsers that support it (currently Chrome and Edge): a small always-on-top window with Today's six that you can play in place. You open it yourself; it closes when you close the tab.
- Install it as an app from your browser menu if you want its own window and icon. Installing is never required.
Reminders never arrive outside your window, never more than once per time slot, and a reminder that is more than 15 minutes late is skipped rather than sent.
Built to be ignored
Interruptions have real costs, so 6S Reset is designed around them: you choose when and how often, every reminder can be snoozed or ignored, and the end screen sends you straight back to work. Read what the research does and doesn't say.
Six seconds is our design choice, not a scientific dose.
Accessible by design
Every game can be played with a keyboard. Many can be played fully with a screen reader; games that are purely visual say so up front and can be skipped. Reduced-motion settings are respected.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Today's six, your history and your reminder settings live on your device. If you turn on notifications, our server stores your reminder schedule with a random device key so it can send them; see Privacy.
Does it measure my focus or attention?
No. Scores are just for fun; they don't measure your attention or health.
Will it make me more productive?
We don't claim that. Research suggests short breaks can help people feel a little less fatigued and more energetic, but those studies looked at breaks of up to ten minutes, and the effects were small. Nobody has tested six-second breaks. The details.
Does it work offline?
After your first visit the app shell and games are cached, so Today's six still opens without a connection. Reminders from the server need a connection.
